After completing their 7th triumph of the season, the Detroit Lions search for their 8th one as they lock horns against the Philadelphia Eagles, this Sunday. The Eagles are scheduled to host the Lions at the Lincoln Financial Field. The Lions continued with their good record this season, as they overhauled the Green Bay Packers by 40-10 in their last game. They will be feeling pretty confident as a unit, and will be eager to complete yet another victory in the upcoming game.
Matthew Stafford was the top performer for the Lions in the last game. He displayed extraordinary passing skills this past week, and the Lions will be banking on him in the next game as well. The Eagles wrapped up their 4th consecutive victory, this past week, as they managed to overcome the Arizona Cardinals by 24-21. The last win was their 7th of the season, and with the momentum on their side, they will be confident of securing another win, this Sunday. Nick Foles, as always, was the big contributor to the Eagles last victory, as he stamped his authority on the field. He will be eager to string another great performance for his side in the upcoming game.

On Sunday, October 14th, the Philadelphia Eagles host the Detroit Lions at Lincoln Financial Field at 1:00PM in the sixth week of the regular season. Sitting at the bottom of the NFC North, the Detroit Lions know they need to come out of their bye week with a much-improved effort going forward. They will attempt to get out of the streak that they are on – with a loss this week making it the fourth in a row, and get a win against the Eagles, which is something that they haven't been able to do in twenty-five years. As for the Philadelphia Eagles, they have Michael Vick at the helm and are attempting to keep or improve their current position, which is tied of the lead in the NFC East.
