After tying scores against the Minnesota Vikings in their last game, the Green Bay Packers aim to take it one step ahead and get over the line, as they lock horns against the Detroit Lions, this Thursday. Ford Field, home to the Lions, will be hosting this week 13 game.The Packers were going along satisfactorily till the last game where they could not go beyond the finish line, as the scores were leveled at 26-26 against the Vikings.

They will be feeling utterly disappointed on that result, which could have easily gone their way, but, they have another chance of securing their 6th win, this Sunday.Matt Flynn held it all together for the Packers in the last game. He remains a key player for his side in the upcoming game as well.

The Lions suffered from their 5th defeat of the season, and that came against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by 24-21. They do have 6 wins under their belt, and if they get it right, they can overcome the Packers, this Sunday.Matthew Stafford was the best player for the Lions in the last game. The Lions will be expecting another good performance from him in the next game.

Sunday, November 18^th, the Green Bay Packers and the Detroit Lions play in the eleventh week of the regular season at 1:00PM at Ford Field. The Green Bay Packers have suffered from injuries all season, and even though the team has had a week off, they are far from the team that they should be with many key players still out. However, they shouldn't have any problem against the Detroit Lions, who haven't been able to stand up to the Packers in the past, and in fact, Green Bay is eleven and one against the Detroit Lions.

The Lions are four and five right now, and as they headed into last week's game against Minnesota they had two consecutive wins underneath them. That streak was broken when they left the field after suffering a 34 to 24 loss to the Vikings. Detroit does have five of the final seven games being played at home, and while they do better at home, the list of opponents that they will be facing all have winning records with the exception of the cardinals. They include Green Bay, Houston, Indianapolis, Arizona and Atlanta.
