The first of our evening games in week eight happen at 4:05PM Eastern at Arrowhead Stadium between the Oakland Raiders and the Kansas City Chiefs, on Sunday, October 28th. The Kansas City Chiefs are hoping that they can turn around what has so far been a very disappointing season, and give them a win at home finally. Their hopes rest of first round pick Brady Quinn, who will be starting for second consecutive week. The Chiefs are hoping that they will not lose a sixth game in a row at home when they face Oakland. They are one and five right now.
Meanwhile, the Oakland Raiders are still trying to get a win away from home. They are only 2 and 4 right now, and have lost the last three contests on the road this season. In fact, the only time that they have won at home in the last six games was a win against Kansas City in overtime, ending 16 to 13 on December 24th. The Raiders overcame being behind by fourteen points in a game against the Jacksonville Jaguars this last Sunday to win 26 to 23. However, with Jacksonville's record, that doesn't seem to be too difficult.
